The best thing about a smartphone is that I can talk into it and it will type for me while I lie in bed sick. The other night I finally went to bed late, yet I still woke up an hour later and reached for my computer to begin yet another book when I already have two more in the works: Part three of On Track But Off Course which is called The Crossing and Shortcomings. Luckily I was able to speak my words in a message and transfer them to a document on my computer. As much I loved my flip phone and miss it, this feature came in handy.
Aside from talking about myself I hope everyone is safe wherever you are. The floods of South Carolina damaged several of my friends living quarters back home in Charleston and in the Columbia area. I'm all about helping the next person so if you can do anything to contribute to those in need it would be greatly appreciated. I was one of the lucky ones and I don't say that often enough. I let my problems consume me at times which leads to unwise complaining and later regrets. I am working on myself as others should do the same, but for now we should work together for those in need. Happy Hump Day. Signed, Sick but Still Fighting.
