Weight Loss

I'm about to call it quits for tonight but thought I would share with you how my day ended. On yesterday I jumped on a trampoline for the first time in I won't say how many years. I noticed that my heart was pounding and I actually felt my hair get a little damp. Today I noticed my abs felt like I had done a workout and my legs were sore. I felt like a Granny all day but a sweet one as I was in a good mood. I even began working on a new side project. As the sun began to go down this evening I decided to jump on the trampoline again. Yesterday I did air splits and touched my toes while jumping, and so I repeated to do the same today. Well as it turns out those air splits are causing my abs to get a much needed workout and I enjoy doing those more than sit ups. So there you have it. I have stumbled upon an enjoyable way to get exercise and spend time with my kid. Good night everyone.
